For most products distributed by World Trade, the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer according to their conditions and terms.
In this section we provide links to the various "affiliated assistance centres", where you can send-in your requests for parts-replacements under warranty for any faulty parts.
For all product-warranties managed directly by World Trade on behalf of the manufacturer, fill in the "RMA Form" by clicking on the link here.

The warranty covering all General Touch products is handled directly by World Trade SpA.
The warranty covering all the AOC products is of 3 years and it is handled directly by the Producer.
The warranty covering only the AOC “open frame” products is of 3 years and is handled directly by World Trade SpA.
It remains understood that the product must be returned at your charge, in its original packaging and with the frame free of any kind of damage.
For any problems concerning the packaging and / or faulty or missing parts for LCD Monitors and LCD TVs, always contact your affiliated Assistance Centre.
