ART. 1 – Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the provision of goods or services in any capacity provided by our company.
ART. 2 - Electromagnetic compatibility and safety
Our company hereby certifies that the goods supplied comply with the applicable regulations relating to electromagnetic compatibility and safety; all mandatory declarations are provided in detail on the identification plates or labels on the products themselves, as well as the technical documentation provided with the product, or are available from us.
The recipients of the supplies will be required to use or market the goods supplied by ensuring the integrity, completeness and the actual usability of this information.
ART. 3 – Warranties
The goods and services supplied are covered by World Trade Spa warranty following terms and conditions established by other manufacturers as World Trade SpA is a merely distributor and not a manufacturer. The term begins on the product’s date of manufacture or upon completion of the activity requested for the provision of services. The warranty is limited exclusively to the normal functioning of the goods supplied and to the result of the service provided. The restoration of the normal functioning of the goods supplied will be carried out at our facilities.
Our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the operation of goods provided in environmental conditions or in the presence of technical conditions which do not comply with the regulations prescribed by us and as a rule reported in the technical documentation. No liability can be claimed for any direct or indirect damage which is not caused by the malfunction.
The warranty is void if the purchaser is in default of payment.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
• tampering with the label containing the serial number of the appliance;
• damage or breakage caused by transport;
• damage or breakage caused by acts of vandalism, natural disasters or wilful misconduct;
• incorrect or improper installation of the product;
• inadequacy or failure of the electrical systems;
• careless, negligent or incompetent use of the product;
• failure to follow operating instructions;
• interventions for alleged defects or sham inspections;
• unauthorized interventions performed on the product.
In any case, any intervention or tampering that has been carried out on the supplied goods by persons that are not authorised by us will immediately void the warranty. We declare to have carefully considered, to the best of our knowledge and manufacturing practices, the problem of the inviolability of supplied goods by individuals who seek to change the operation with malicious intentions. We do not assume any liability whatsoever for misconduct or damage that may have arisen from the fraudulent use of goods supplied.
* Warranty Details
The warranty covering all General Touch products is handled directly by World Trade SpA as per terms and conditions listed in the table here below.
The warranty covering all the AOC products is of 3 years and it is handled directly by the Producer.
The warranty covering only the AOC “open frame” products is of 3 years and is handled directly by World Trade SpA.
It remains understood that the product must be returned at your charge, in its original packaging and with the frame free of any kind of damage.

ART. 4 – Deliveries
The goods being supplied are considered delivered at the time and place of delivery by the shipper or the carrier; accordingly, our company does not assume any liability for total or partial unlawful removals, damage or delay in any way related to shipping. At the time of delivery the recipient is required to provide detailed notes of immediately apparent defects of the goods supplied on the shipping document. The refusal by the buyer to accept or pick-up all or part of the goods ordered does not suspend their obligation of payment.
ART. 5 - Retention of title
The goods supplied are expressly considered as property of our company until actual and complete payment of the agreed price.
ART. 6 – Returns
Returns for defective goods or for assistance must be expressly authorized by us. We reserve the right, therefore, to reject returned product(s) or provide you with a different returns destination from our facilities. We hold liability for goods returned only upon the actual delivery to the address indicated by it.
ART. 7 - Applicable Law; competent court
The supplies covered by these general conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall be settled exclusively by the competent Court of Rimini.
