One of the conditions of use for the website is that you cannot make use of this site for purposes that are considered against the law or prohibited by these terms, conditions or notices. However, by entering, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting ("Submission") your Submission you are granting World Trade SpA and its affiliated companies permission to use your Submission in relation to the management of their activities, including without limitation, the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, modify, translate your Submissions; to publish your name in relation to your Submission; develop, manufacture and market products incorporating these ideas, concepts or techniques, and the right to sublicense these rights to providers of services and/or materials on the site.

World Trade SpA has no obligation whatsoever to include or use any Submission provided by you and may decide to remove them at any time, in its sole discretion.By including a Submission you guarantee and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights for the Submission, as described in these Terms of Use, including, without limitation, all rights necessary to provide, include, upload, input or send in these Submissions.
In addition to the foregoing guarantee and representation, by sending in a Submission containing images, photographs, shapes or otherwise graphics in whole or in part ("Images"), you guarantee and represent that :
(a) you own the rights to these images, or that the copyright holder of these Images has granted you permission to use these Images or any content and/or images contained in the Images, in accordance with the procedures and intended use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms of use and by the web site
(b) each person represented in these Images (if applicable) has given his/her consent to use the Images, as set out in the Terms of Use, including, as an example and not as a limitation, distribution, public display and reproduction of such Images. By including Images you are granting permission to use your Images in connection with the use, as permitted by these Terms of Use, of one of the services or materials on the website (including as an example and not as a limitation, making prints in which these Images appear).

You agree that World Trade SpA does not preview the Submissions, but that World Trade SpA and persons designated by the company have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to block or restrict access or availability, or the right to disable any Submission available through the Web site as well. Without limitations to the foregoing, World Trade SpA and persons designated by the company may disable, restrict access to or availability of any Submission that violates the Terms of Use or is otherwise subject to dispute. You will need to evaluate and bear all risks associated with use of any Submission, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of such Submissions.

You understand that all Submissions, whether public or private entries, are under the sole responsibility of the person they originate from. This means that you, and not World Trade SpA, are entirely responsible for all Submissions that are uploaded, included, supplied, entered, sent in or otherwise transmitted via the website. World Trade SpA does not control the Submissions that are sent in via the web site and accordingly, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Submissions. You understand that by using the Web site, you may be exposed to Submissions issued by others that may be offensive, indecent or subject to dispute.

You agree that World Trade SpA would be irreparably damaged by the use of, either by you or other users of the website or by unsolicited electronic mail in violation of these Terms of use and that World Trade SpA will be entitled to obtain injunctive relief against such transmission (in addition to all other remedies available by law or in equity).
World Trade SpA reserves the right to block, filter or delete unsolicited electronic mail.

You agree to indemnify, defend and exonerate World Trade SpA and its subsidiaries, companies, partners and employees from any claim or demand made against third parties as a result of your Submissions, your use of the website, including use by your employees, in relation to the website, breach on your behalf of the Terms of Use or infringement on your behalf of the rights of other users.

World Trade SpA may present advertisements and promotions on behalf of third parties on the website. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by World Trade SpA are subject to change.
